3 weeks

It has been 3 weeks since I've had any caffeine, if I'm counting correctly.  I started on a Monday.  I am proud of myself.  I am getting ready to drink some decaf coffee.  It isn't the same, but I like to pretend its the good stuff!  I decided a few weeks ago that if we are spending this much money to do IVF again, I was going to do everything in my power to make this a healthy pregnancy.  I'm on a diabetic diet and no caffeine.  I am not diabetic, but I am at an increased risk for developing gestational diabetes because I have PCOS.  Why not prevent it before it becomes an issue?  Is there anything else I should or should not do?

  1. I would only suggest being very diligent on taking vitamins. I know it helped me SO much during my pregnancy and afterwards as well. So happy for your family!
