Ultrasound

We had an ultrasound again this morning.  The babies look great.  Baby boy is measuring 2 pounds 11 ounces.  He is head down in the middle of my belly.  His head is on my cervix ready to go.  Baby girl is measuring 2 pounds 12 ounces.  She is back transverse across my diaphragm, just below my ribs.  She's the one stealing my breath all of the time.  Both are healthy!  They have a great amount of amniotic fluid and are very active.  My cervix is measuring 36 mm, so that's great.  No funneling, yet, thank goodness!  Especially since baby boy is already pushing on my cervix.  Because of that and the fact that I have many Braxton Hicks contractions daily, I am basically on bed rest.  We went to the tiny Carroll County Fair last night and I was told to never do that again.  I didn't walk or stand too much, but I still got lectured, lol.  My Dr. does not want me out in this heat.  My belly is almost measuring full term for 1 baby, so I was told to be laying on a side all day.  Baby boy's head is putting pressure on my cervix just sitting, so that's why I have to lay. Neither baby would cooperate, so we didn't get pictures. I poked baby boy trying to get him to move and all he did was smile. Ornery already!
