Yuck! I have the lovely stomach flu. I hope no one else gets it. I worry about the babies, but since they are breastfed, hopefully they will be fine.
The best thing you can do for your baby when you’re sick is to continue to breastfeed. When you have a contagious illness such as a cold, flu, or other mild virus, your baby was exposed to the illness before you even knew you were sick. Your milk will not transmit your illness to baby, but it does have antibodies in it that are specific to your illness (plus anything else you or baby have been exposed to) – they’ll help prevent baby from getting sick, or if he does get sick, he’ll probably not be as sick as you.
I told Shawn I'd love to be pregnant again one day and go into labor naturally. I want to compare normal childbirth vs pitocin induced labor. Okay, I know that's not going to happen. 1) We have 4 kids. 2) We will never afford IVF again 3) We have such bad fertility, It would take a miracle for us to get pregnant on our own. (Which never happened in 7 years) I am a little sad about the fact that I only get to enjoy pregnancy once. I am SO THANKFUL that I did get to experience it. I had a wonderful pregnancy too. I was very nervous and had a few issues at the end, but for the most part, everything went smoothly.
Contractions for me were very intense and painful. I wound up getting an epidural when I was around 5 cm. My contractions were on top of each other and intense, so I did some research.
I was just curious about it. Other than being sick, things are going well here. Shawn is at work. Zac and Abby are with my sisters doing the corn maze at Exploration Acres. It's just me and the babies.
I'll leave you with some pictures.

This is how Colton likes to eat.
Cora passed out after getting "milk drunk".
Zac and Abby doing their nightly reading for school.
Colton passed out. He was on the boppy pillow, but he slid himself down to where he was comfy.
